Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of theattraction.online and all purchases from it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Store — theattraction.online is an online men's clothing store operated by The Attraction, based in California, reachable at theattractiononline@gmail.com.

2. Orders — Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email shipment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (mispricing, stock errors, suspected fraud) with a full refund of anything charged.

3. Products & pricing — USD. Screens vary; colors may differ slightly. Sizing follows each product page's size chart; measurements are approximate. Prices exclude tax where applicable. If a pricing error occurs, we cancel and refund that order — no obligation to honor impossible prices either direction.

4. Payment — Methods shown at checkout, via secure third-party processors. You confirm your payment details are authorized. We are not liable for processor failures beyond refunding unfulfilled orders.

5. Shipping, returns, refunds — governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. No additional warranties — Beyond the return rights in our Refund Policy and warranties that can't be disclaimed under applicable consumer law, items are sold "as is."

7. Accounts — You're responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Give accurate information; we may suspend accounts used fraudulently.

8. Acceptable use — No security probing, mass scraping, fraudulent orders, or commercial reuse of our content without written permission. We may block abuse.

9. Intellectual property — Site design and content belong to The Attraction or its licensors. Trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Limitation of liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the item at issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.

11. Disputes — read this one

1) Email us first: theattractiononline@gmail.com. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working it out in good faith for 30 days.
2) If we can't resolve it: you may bring the dispute in small claims court, or in binding individual arbitration in California under California arbitration rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived — disputes are handled individually.
3) The FTC's 30-day rule and state consumer protection laws still fully apply to shipping and refund timing; this section never overrides them.

12. Force majeure — Neither party is liable for failures from events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, carrier/internet outages, government action) — but we still refund orders we never fulfill.

13. General — If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms; the posted version applies to orders placed after its "last updated" date. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the store. Governing law: California.
